Help Me To Help

On 15th June 2007, during an Open House Day at the Headquarters of Cross Cultural Solutions in New Rochelle (NY), I signed up for Costa Rica and met my Program Manager, Stephen Thompson. The reason I decided to go to Costa Rica first, is because out of the four locations, I think in a Spanish speaking Latin American country the cultural immersion would be the easiest for me and therefore I would be able to focus on the social work primarily.

The county of San Carlos is located two hours north of San Jose, in the northern province of Alajuela. This agricultural area is untouched by the influences of tourism.
