Projects in India include:

- Mother Teresa's Home for the Dying and Destitute, a home assisting the poor and the elderly.
Volunteers help with nursing, entertaining, feeding, grooming and visiting with residents. Volunteers may also work with Mother Teresa's Orphanage or Jeevan Jyoti, a home for disabled children.

- Katha, an organisation committed to spreading the joy of reading and knowledge among adults and children. Volunteers assist with computer operations, teaching drawing or painting, working on a recycling programme, teaching English, or looking after children.

- Amar Jyoti, an institution for rehabilitating disabled people. Volunteers may assist with workshops, help provide therapy to children, or participate in projects specific to the needs of Amar Jyoti.

- Mobile Creches, a school and daycare service for the children of low-income migrant workers. Volunteers help educate children in hygiene practices provide recreational activities and English lessons for the children.
